Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Email List Validation website and services (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. The authoritative, most current version of our terms is always available in our help center.

1. The service

ELV provides email verification: bulk list cleaning, real-time verification via API, automated list cleaning through integrations, inbox placement testing, and blacklist monitoring. Verification results are statements of probability based on protocol-level checks at the time of verification; mail server behavior can change after a check.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Team accounts allow multiple users to share one credit pool; the account owner is responsible for team members' use.

3. Credits and billing

One credit verifies one email address. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Monthly subscription credits renew each billing cycle. The minimum purchase is 2,500 credits. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice; changes never affect credits already purchased.

4. 100% money-back guarantee

We stand behind our results. If you are not satisfied with the accuracy of your verification results, contact us and we will refund your purchase in full. The guarantee applies to verification purchases and is intended for good-faith use — accounts abusing the guarantee (for example, repeatedly purchasing, consuming, and refunding) may be declined.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Verify lists that were purchased, scraped, harvested, or otherwise acquired without the recipients' consent
• Facilitate spam or any mail that violates applicable law (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR)
• Probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Resell verification results without a written agreement

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with a refund of unused credits where the violation was not willful.

6. Data

Your uploaded lists remain yours. We process them solely to deliver results to you, as described in the privacy policy and our GDPR documentation.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELV's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational effects of email campaigns.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
